Returns & Claims
Please inspect all products before installation.
Claims relating to visible defects cannot be accepted once the product has been installed.
Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Important Timber Notes
Natural variations in grain, knots, texture, colour, and small filled cracks are part of genuine timber flooring and are not considered defects.
Colour and texture may vary between samples, product images, and the final delivered flooring due to natural timber variation and lighting conditions.
All flooring should be inspected before installation. Installation of the product constitutes acceptance of the product condition.
Installation Recommendation
We strongly recommend installation by qualified flooring professionals experienced with engineered timber flooring systems.
Correct site preparation, acclimation, moisture testing, and installation practices are essential to achieving optimal performance and maintaining warranty coverage.
