At BUXA HOMES, we take great care to ensure every order meets our quality standards before dispatch.

As most of our flooring products are manufactured specifically for each customer, returns are subject to the conditions outlined below.

Samples

Sample boxes may be eligible for replacement or refund if:

  • The wrong item was supplied
  • The sample arrives damaged
  • The sample is defective

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Flooring Orders

All flooring products are manufactured to order.

For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect quantity ordered
  • Colour variation within natural timber characteristics
  • Customer preference after delivery
  • Delays caused by third-party logistics providers

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your claim, please provide:

  • Order number
  • Photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the packaging
  • A description of the issue

We will review the claim and determine whether a replacement, repair, partial refund, or full refund is appropriate.

Natural Timber Characteristics

Timber is a natural product.

Variations in:

  • Grain pattern
  • Colour tone
  • Knots
  • Filled cracks
  • Texture

are considered normal characteristics and are not regarded as defects.

Installed Products

IMPORTANT: Please inspect all products before installation. Installation of the product constitutes acceptance of the product condition and appearance. Claims relating to visible defects cannot be accepted after installation.
